SCHEDULING
If you are scheduling for the first time and are not sure of the correct process, please follow the instructions from this guide here to ensure that you follow the correct protocol with the business owner.
By accepting this assignment, you will be representing OCUS in the eyes of our client. We count on you to demonstrate a high level of professionalism in your coming interactions. If a photoshoot already has an appointment scheduled, please respect this appointment and only assign yourself to the photoshoot if you are available at this time.
When scheduling a photoshoot date, you need to confirm the following information with the restaurant owner:
The restaurant will prepare the amount of items stated in the package details, if this is not possible, please use the assignment comments to inform us about this, so it doesn’t delay the validation process of the photos.
The food is served in real plates or eco-friendly ones, if they use plastic plates you need to cancel the photoshoot and inform OCUS about this in the assignment page.
Restaurant tables are not of a dark tone or metallic, if that’s the case you need to cancel the photoshoot or bring your own background compliant with this guideline (more information about this can be found below).
